I heard the new criteria in MD is that the driver is not responsible for the expired tags so long as they are driving a stolen car.

I can't say that for sure though.

Meh! Between expired tags and daily driver Historics, it just means that they will hike up the registration rates on everyone else. But, its not a big deal... RIGHT? I mean... there is no way that Maryland will follow suit with the car insurance companies... will they??

We were in a parking lot for one. She was getting into the car as I was walking past.

And they are easy to read stopped at a light.
