The following records are not open to the public without a court order or a special provision of the law:

You missed a key piece.

So are you not the public? I, as a cop can't go to the clerk of the court and get criminal records on a juvenile without a court order. I know that a prosecutor can't get criminal records pertaining to a juvenile without a court order. So who are you that you are so important that you can walk into a court house without any sort of waiver or court order and get juvenile criminal records?

That, and they have an extremely broad brush when it comes to labeling someone a "sex offender". I mean, peeing in public? Really?

Yes, parents, if your 8 year old child is caught taking a whiz in the bushes, he will be arrested and registered as a sex offender.

Are you talking about Maryland or some fantasy state? Peeing in public in Maryland can't put you on the sex offender registry.
