I was wondering what was going on with this. I thought the bulk of the trial was to see if she was going to get fired so I wasn't expecting the news that broke today.

Anything less than a full reinstatement of her duties, along with backpay + interest is sheer racism, plain and simple - and the racists who perpetrate or support such a travesty of justice deserve to be summarily executed by beheading and have the bodies mailed back to their mothers.

Well this ruling is still subject to appeal by the defense team so I am sure it isn't the last we'll hear.
