Greenwell Tack Swap May 29th

There will be a tack swap at greenwell this Saturday May 29th from 9am-2pm. There will be a lot of decent stuff for next to nothing prices. Including saddles, bridles and girths in both english and western (some are good name brands like stubben and millers). There is also show apperal- some stuff still has tags on it brands like grand prix, Rj classics and millers. And many more odds and ends.

Greenwell State Park is located in St. Mary's County. Take Route 235 towards Hollywood. Turn on to Route 245 East (Sotterley Road) and travel 2.5 miles. Make a right on to Steerhorn Neck Road. The park entrance is the second drive on the left (approximately 8/10 of a mile).

My experience has been that the tack/equip sold by greenwell is MUCH cheaper than the auction prices.

There will be private sellers as well as a lot sold by the greenwell foundation itself. I think some of the proceeds go to their therapuetic riding program, which is an added plus.
