I love this campground. In FL the campgrounds are more resorty, with poured concrete slabs, paved streets, and palm trees. You don't feel like you're camping because it's more like resort living with older people doing their thing. This, however, is camping. 
Wooded, lots of kids running around, people out by their firepit, grilling and drinking beer, enjoying the outdoors. There are no bocce or pickleball or shuffleboard courts here (which are staples at FL campgrounds).
Don't get me wrong, I love FL with all my heart; it's just a different environment than other areas, catering to a different clientele. It makes me happy that we don't have to commit to any one environment, and can move around and enjoy them all.
