There is a golds gym and one other gym in Waldorf. There may be one closer to you. I used to go to golds...it's really nice, but about $50 a month. The other one is the Sports and Health club on Post Office Rd. I hear their membership is cheaper. I've never been in there though.
Your other question about stuff to do here that you can't do anywhere else...I would have to say that there isn't anything
