Why is there even a roundabout in Charlotte Hall being built for? It's at the WaWa's/Food Lion/Walgreen's intersection on Mt. Wolf Road. It's too narrow for the commute to get through and it's just going to complicate more and more things when it's finished in late September.

Isn't there new shops going in that area? planning approved a few months ago.

There is also a plan pending approval for a storage facility behind the Tractor's Supply.

Right here? My guess would be to allow folks to enter and leave the businesses without crossing the people on Mt Wolf. Would a light be better?

there is already a light at the intersection of Rt. 5 and Mt Wolfe Rd.

Its on Mt. Wolfe Rd, not in a shopping center. Came through there 3 times yesterday at busy times and no one seemed to have any problems. The center of the circle will only have about a half inch curb once all the asphalt is finished being put down. Big trucks and buses should'nt have a problem going through. Yes its a smaller circle then some other ones. Rt. 2 going toward Annapolis in Southern AA Co. has to smaller circles seem to work fine.

Definitely not on RT 5 though.
