We've all seen it. Public housing. It doesn't matter where you put it, it brings down the value of the homes around it, it doesn't help the poor get richer, crime increases. The argument that it's good for everyone is so much bs. If dropping poor people in the middle of better neighborhoods had ever done any good for anyone, people would not bail on homes they've lived in most of their lives, and we would have fewer poor people.
