Kefir

I thought I posted this already but apparently not....

Anyway, this is my new favorite thing. My stomach is going all old lady and my hippie co-worker suggested I drink kefir, which is basically drinkable yogurt that tastes better than yogurt. It's super nutritious and feels like it's calming my acid reflux.

I've seen kefir at the grocery store but it never occurred to me to buy it, but now I can see it being a regular grocery list item.

Mine get frozen plain greek yogurt for a treat every night. Lots of live cultures in it to keep their guts healthy.

Mine gets eggs and bacon, or sausage, hamburger, chicken, pork chops.... Pretty much whatever is on a human menu.

I don't have any kefir, cottage cheese, yogurt or blue cheese in the house so she gets none of that.

You can make your own pretty easily. Less added junk that way.
