Not necessarily. The 6th also covers Allegany, Caroll, Garrett, and Washington Counties, along with parts of Harford and Montgemery Counties. That's a big district.

Then why did they vote for the same batch of liberals to maintain that status quo? Why do districts, predominately made up of liberals, have the largest demand for entitlements?

It astounds me how people couldn't see who Obama and his progressive following were. It astounds me that those who voted for him had no clue what he meant by "Fundamentally transform America" and "Change".

I'm relieved that it took actually putting him in power to give Americans an opportunity to see the socialist he really is and that this form of governing is not only unacceptable for America but also dangerous to our liberties.

part of that is that he had no record, he really had no voting record while holding a public office that one could point to. IMO he was groomed by the far left. Far Left? you say. Yes, if you read what he has written, his academic papers, you'll see he is a socialist, maybe a marxist. "Redistribution of wealth" and "social justice" are the key phrases that should have set off alarms.
Comments like the consitution is bad in that it prevents the government from doing things. Hello! What does that say, he finds the constituion restrictive on govenrment. He's a lawyer, he's studied the law, of course it restricts the governmewnt, that's what the founding fathers intention was. The constitution is clear, that unless it grants the government a specific right, all others are reserved for the people.
