The only people/businesses I know of that didn't lose their butts to this point are the survey operations/operators. For the rest, including Orsted, Vestas, GE etc, its all been a buttload of their cash flushed down the terlit. Local taxpayer cash spent too...as municipalities like Bedford CT and Ocean City MD promised to build expensive dedicated shoreside support facilities and harbors just to support windfarm construction and maintenance.
