Need Help from parents

oh, yes, I'm doing research all the time, it's frustrating sometimes when you don't get the results you want right away, but hopefully with my tax return, i can make a few things happen... unfortunately... money speaks louder than a concerned parent.

Continue to press the issue in civil court. The charges were dismissed in criminal court but she will have to explain being arrested and the drug charge to the civil court. The judge in civil court is not bound by the reasonable doubt requirement. He will weight the testimony and make a ruling based on his opinion of the case. You may also have your lawyer subpeona the cop who made the arrest so all the lurid details can be in the record.

You have nothing to lose, but if you let up now 1. You can never win. 2. You will look unconcerned. 3. You may regret it later if something bad happens.

Force the issue. Make them tell you no.

UFB!!!! But not surprised...my ex-hus had an attempted murder charge on him a long time ago and it was nolle prosequi.
