I was discussing my lack of interest in the NFL anymore with another guy. Since the whole NFL commitment to BLM, racism kneeling, etc... I just dont giveadamn anymore.
He agreed to an extent with me but said..."you've been a Redskins fan for as long as I've known you". "Let me ask you this"... "if the new management of the Washington team changed back to the Redskins, would you change your mind and follow them?"

I stop watching football after the strike in the late 80s.

I found lots of things to do with my Sundays since then.

I never watched it much, got a distaste for football in college.
The games were a mandatory military formation. Only seniors were allowed to leave at halftime.
The rest of us had to stay for the whole game.

Nothing I've seen in the intervening decades has made it appealing.

Other than super bowl parties, I've always had better things to do with 3 hours of that day! The 15 minutes of highlights on YouTube are good enough.

I just usually look at Yahoo Sports for the outcome.
Highlights I watch on YouTube are the commercials.
