I said before, in and of themselves these accusations wouldn't be all that shocking. However, in light of Senator Franken's public declarations of outrage regarding mere words from Donald Trump, it's pretty damning. Blatant political hypocrisy, if nothing else.

Do consider this photo is coupled with Leeann Tweeden's accusation that he forcibly kissed her. So, the photo is not an isolated incident, hence there is nothing petty about this.

OK let me give it to you.
The woman was tired and went to sleep and Al thought it would be funny to have his picture taken acting like he was fondling her through her clothing.
He was thinking she was in Playboy so she has no right to complain.

Your non-answer to my question is telling. Franken had a photo taken of him doing something obscene to someone who is sleeping; hence she did not consent to this photo.

I'll just assume you would be perfectly fine with a man taking a photo of him doing something sexually obscene with your wife or daughter, without her knowledge or consent. I can tell you I wouldn't and would do what I can to make sure than man's life is a living hell for his poor judgment.
