It’s that time of the year! The 20th annual Charlotte Hall Veterans Home Poker Run is just around the corner. We would love to have y’all there and make this one the best ever.

All proceeds are used to buy items specifically requested by the residents of the Assisted Living portion of the Home. Many of them only have the basic items needed to live comfortably and some struggle to do that. That is where we all come in and improve their quality of life.

That’s awesome! As a reminder, you don’t need a motorcycle to participate. ALL vehicles are welcome. It is about the cause.

Mission BBQ will be providing FREE food at the last stop.

If you haven’t been on a Poker Run before…You draw a card at each stop for a total of 5 cards. You make the best poker hand possible with the cards you drew. You will have an opportunity to draw bonus cards at the end but you will have to discard from your hand before you do. The worst hand wins a prize as well.

The weather is going to be great tomorrow! We look forward to seeing you at the Veterans Home. Signups are from 11-1230 in the south side parking lot.

Stops are as follows: All American Harley Davidson, Calvert Elks Lodge, Lusby American Legion. The last stop is at the California VFW.

We will have live music and FREE FOOD at the last stop.

Please come and support our deserving veterans. All proceeds are used to buy needed items for the residents.
