Are there not laws against driving while using cell phones? What about neon lights under the car doors? Or hows about a different colored head light besides the usual white? I say its a bad idea to watch t.v. while driving. Besides you have too many other things on your mind. Just think about it! Your taking a sip of your coffee and taking a bite out of your ham sandwich and yelling at your kids and talking on your cell phone and watching a movie while your running over grandma and her beloved pooch.
