My problem with every diet is - it's a diet. It's an unpleasant substitute for the way I eat, which is typical for most people in the country.
I eat about the same as most people, but I sit in a chair ten hours a day and I am older - it is hard to shed the pounds.

If I could eat food I actually like and be comfortable with it - enough to stay that way - I'd probably be fine. I've never found such a plan.
