I've always liked Rusty Wallace, so, obviously, I don't like Rudd.

5. Being there to get the guy who cut you off 1

I'd give them a 7 as well. I think if the gov't would give them more funds they would go to a 9 at best.

With a 312 million dollar budget and 2500 personel on staff per Md state,archives site for 23 countys and 1 city. I think the citizens deserve more and the State Police need to focus more on the roads and robberys when they occur than run BS domestic calls and let the countys handle them and focus on the roads. I hope the new governor will do what we have elected him to do.
