Ross Opens Today

I'm with you..I hate Walmart! I usually go late to avoid the crowds,but what really burns me up is that there is always these huge boxes of merchandise blocking all the aisles I need to go in. They shouldn't start bringing that stuff out until they are closed.

When I lived in Ridgecrest, CA (China Lake) a new Albertson's was opened up south of town. On the first day, people were walking around marveling at the new supermarket. They were walking around without shopping carts! Just looking at the new supermarket.

I went in, looked around for a while and left. I'll probably be more excited when Petco opens.

I am surprised all the stores in that new shopping center didn't try to open as fast as Ross. Seems like there might be some parking issues when they all do though

Mostly, but they have some men's, kids, baby, bath, and general junk too.

I went to Ross yesterday. I almost turned around when I saw the amount of traffic flowing into the store, and none coming out. But I went in, made a left in Juniors, headed back to the shoes where I found a family reunion in the 8 1/2 aisle, and while I was waiting for them to finish hugging, realized the crowd of people next to me was actually the LINE to checkout, and headed back to my car. It took me longer to get out of that store, without even buying anything, than it took me to drive there from Lusby!

I took a shower for nothing.
