Keep Susan Rice away

Business Insider reports that Susan Rice former national security adviser had urged the cyber response team under President Barack Obama to stand down on Russia in the initial days of discovering hacking. The team felt strongly that they should strike back, however Rice, reportedly told them to "knock it off".
