actually NYC got him not for the shooting, but for carrying the gun. Strictest laws in the country now.

I know but, that only makes it all the more absurd.

"No, no. We don't care about the gun fire! You see, the problem is you had a gun in the first place! We don't punish behavior, mate. We punish what you MIGHT do!"

I don't care about the NY laws, he got lucky and beat Darwin's law
Not only did he not hit the femeral artery, he missed his nut sack and little plex so he can still reproduce.
