Not sure where they are looking to live but I know of this place:

2 bedroom apartment, with a private entrance, kitchen, and living space. It is in a private home.

The family living there now will be moving within 2 weeks. It is located in Charlotte Hall close to Food Lion/WAWA area. Not sure how much they are asking per month but if they are interested I can PM you the phone number.
