You're right - the song is kind of schmaltzy
but it fits the video. I think it is one of THE most awesome ones ever produced and it definitely gives you a rush every time you watch it. The first time I saw it, it literally brought me to tears. The Blue Angels - the men and their machines - are incredible and I have been fortunate to see them up close and personal a time or two.
