County commissioners can pass any thing they want. If they want to stay in office they will take into account the publics input. If not, vote them out the next election, and replace them with someone who wants to repeal the offending legislation.

You can't do that with the current form, we get what the state wants us to get.

Just to be sure I understand you, you don't believe a form of government we have had for nearly 200 years doesn't work? And if you look at history in other Countries, when their form of government hasn't worked, didn't they overthrow it and start a new one? Thus, are you anti government?
