I'm amused mostly at the responses on YouTube.
And the fact that this guy simply doesn't get that if he is receiving assistance for rent - and doesn't USE it for rent - that he is defrauding the government. Three years of college, and he doesn't get that.
Has the government become such a sugar daddy to people that they just don't get this?
