The Manchurian Candidate is one of my all-time faves. I've seen it a thousand times but I still get a chill when :gossip: leans in to Raymond and says, "Why don't you pass the time by playing a little solitaire?"

:yikes:

Red Dust
It Happened One Night
Mutiny on the Bounty (The Laughton version)
Gone With the Wind
The Wizard of Oz
Rebecca
The Heiress

I really love the old 30's/40's movies, especially anything with Clark Gable  I like him in anything, actually. Other movies I love are:

Rear Window
The Misfits
Barefoot in the Park (if I am down this movie never fails to make me laugh)
Dog Day Afternoon

Awesome movie! :yay:

Both versions are good but my fav is the one when they were in the Pancake business. The climb to success was more real to me because I could see it from the beginning into fruition.
