Yep, and if I'm behind the joker who's tailgating you, I get to slow down to 20, screw that, stay at 30 and dont play Officer Bonehead. Not your job to punish people. Let alone people whose only crime is to be behind some guy who is tailgating you. So even if I have a proper following distance behind the joker, I still get punished.

Is this meeting open to ALL WW residents or only those who belong to the WCA? There are a number of neighborhoods who opted not to join the WCA.
