Here's the tip I got from my dr. today regarding taking a stress test, i.e,. gettting on the treadmill until you are just about ready to die of a heart attack:

"No dresses or high heeled shoes because you will be walking on a treadmill."


so they REALLY need to tell people that????

I'm wearing stilletos and a mini skirt.........

Gotcha..........I have vowed to never look in my rear view mirror again, unless I''m applying my makeup while talking on the cell phone......
