Anybody ever try "Tabata" intervals?
The concept is simple, pick an exercise and perform it for 20 seconds at MAXIMUM intensity followed by 10 seconds rest, repeat 8 times (4 minutes total).
I picked squat jumps. Four minutes is going to be a piece of cake right? WRONG!!
