CCPS is opening on time today. However, the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is not opening today until 10 a.m. Due to the late opening of CSM campuses, the Early Learning Center (ELC) in La Plata is closed today (Thursday, Feb. 20) for students only. ELC La Plata staff should report to work at 10 a.m. when the CSM La Plata campus opens.
