Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is closed Wednesday, Nov. 25 through Friday, Nov. 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The closure applies to all schools, CCPS buildings and administrative offices. Superintendent Kimberly A. Hill formally notified the Board of Education Tuesday morning that she does not plan to ask for renewal of her contract in 2021.
