Sunday they were out heavy on 235 and 4 for some reason; went up 235 and came down 4. I travel 4 on a regular and know its best to leave early to avoid having to step on the gas more and set that cruise control.

you definitely can call the non-emergency number and they do respond to your issue of blocked driveway. The other issues not to sure; the trash sounds like an HOA issue.

I totally agree; although I would normally get over right after the Mexican restaurant and still drive at a safe speed do to those who may turn into that shopping center. However, trying to get over after the dealer can be a slight hassle during rush hour.

same here. I think one of them stays up late to let them out to bark then someone takes the wee hours of the morning shift to let them out again.
