Look up Grand Strand Resorts. Stayed at the Ashworth last week in North Myrtle Beach, ocean front condos, 25 ft wide baconies, no sure about pets. Kinda pricey but nice.

Don't completely tighten, only a little at a time until the tension is right.

Take the bobbin out, hold the string while lettting the bobbin dangle, lightly jerk your hand, the bobbin should allow some string to come out and fall some after doing so. If the bobbin falls to the ground , tighten the screw on the side of it.

Check the tension on the bobbin
