Understand. I took a $20k reduction in pay to work at Pax instead of Reston & Crystal City. I wanted those 5 hours back in my life every day more than the pay.
Funny, worked in DC for 20 years prior to getting down to Pax..From my door to my DC office was 45 miles..1.5 hours in AM and 2 hours PM...To Pax, 45 miles...40-50 minutes both ways, huge difference

Crossing that old WW Bridge during rush hours required a packed lunch/dinner.

I haven't heard them crowing about all the "post dem- panic" new jobs they "created" lately.

First they shut down the economy, forcing job elimination and unemployment, then when those old jobs come back they claim they created them?
They did indeed - until even the pundits on the left started dragging the regime. Not to worry, they'll start up again with the bragging as soon as they figure people have forgotten. The dems are nothing if not predictable.

Please explain how I saved hundreds of dollars each month by working from home. And last I checked the "pandemic" was 2 years.
First of all, I said "people." NOT "all people."
Second, there are a LOT of people that are saving on gas, food, vehicle wear and tear, and especially child care (hundreds a month)
Lastly, stay-at-home started for some in late 2019. Doing the math, that is almost 3 years on my calculator.
I personally know a PAX worker that is saving around $500/month in just gas and child care!
