10 uses for your waffle iron besides making waffles

I'm going to add a paper towel with just a touch of water to hopefully soften them a bit.

The small pieces are already like brownie brittle, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. A tinky little pack of brittle is like $4; with waffle brownies you get a big huge bag of them for $3.

Definitely brownie brittle. Really crunchy, but not hard. I like it and may or may not make it again.

I think the last person in my family that owned a waffle iron was my Great-Grandmother.

If you like the crispy brownies a mini-muffin pan will work too.
