Perhaps I'm too ready in waiting for the parents to sue Disney, the ride manufacturer and even the guy at the ticket office... because those are the moron parents that so often receive the attention.

Agreed. If I hear that the parents are suing Disney, I will be all over the "loser parents" bandwagon. Until they show that unreasonable greed, they have a pass from me.

Disney will probably offer them a token settlement: Here's a few grand, don't ever set foot on our property again, and here are tickets to every Six Flags park for you and all of your relatives.
