1year Anniversary(dating) ideas?

My boyfriend of one year and I are coming close to our 1Year Anniversary Sept.20th YAY! We just moved out so we have a tight budget. Anyone with some ideas of a romantic anniversary date in St. Mary's Please Let Me Know!

I don't know what's in St. Mary's, I think I've heard people on the forums talk about Asahi before...? Have you ever been to The Melting Pot (Annapolis) though? It's definitely worth the drive. My bf and I went a couple of times, they sat us in a booth which has a really high back so it seemed like we were the only people in there. If you go, plan on being there for awhile (maybe an hour and a half or a little longer) but it's sooo good

Go to Rose's with the Tard Gang, drink plenty of JOOSE, then let soulja boy break out the eels. :yay:

:lmao:

It sounds like you two have a great outlook on your relationship. You seem to realize that it's the small things in life that can make you happy and that money isn't everything.

One of my favorite times with hubby cost close to nothing. We were up on Long Island visiting my family a couple of years ago. I took him to my favorite place that I pretty much lived at before I left NY - Robert Moses beach. It was early October, a little chilly and very quiet there that day. We just sat there for hours, talking and listening to the ocean waves. We were just so relaxed and happy just doing nothing together. Sometimes less is more.

:barf:

:roflmao:

My sister used to hold me down and hang spit over my face until I gave her money. Now she just sets off a remote controlled fart machine in my purse when we are in public. She's 54. She should know better.

:lmao: Your sister sounds like a lot of fun.

Okay Pat, I'd like to buy a vowel...

Kjo is MissKitty's MPD :faint:

How expensive is it? I heard it can really rack up the bucks.

do they have chicken nuggets there? if not, it is a no go!

Welllll, it definitely can be expensive but you could probably just get an appetizer and dessert if you want. We opted for the meal for two, I think it was like $50/60 but that wasn't too bad, I don't think, because we each had a salad (house or caesar) and shared the appetizer (fruits and breads with cheese fondue), main course (shrimp, steak, chicken, ravioli and veggies with some kind of flavored mix of wine/herb/oil to cook it in) and dessert (assorted fruits with milk chocolate)...but there's several options to pick from for each (app/mc/dess). We got a bottle of wine though so with our meal, drinks and tip I think it was like $120.

I wouldn't say I'd go often, I'd be :nomoney: quick, but for a special occasion I think it's really nice.

We have been wanting to go but was unsure if it would be worth the trip or the money, but from what you described it sounds yummy.
