That's the problem with a lot of you people down here. Using fog lights when it is CAVU to the moon.

I have no idea what CAVU means but if it's foggy I'll use the fog/headlights if not, I won't :shrug:

I think the problem with a lot of people (everywhere) is they have no awareness of their own visibility. Just because you can see, doesn't mean you can be seen.
In MD, parking lights are for parking (not driving) and headlights are legally required when using your wipers and a good idea when visibility is reduced.
