Suspected shop lifter at Home Depot. 10-17 followed suspects to Sam's Club. When suspects left Sam's, police attempted to stop but suspects fled north bound. Charles County Sheriffs broke off pursuit just north of the county line but suspect's vehicle rear-ended someone by the new Target. Both suspects fled on foot. Both suspects were quickly apprehended by offices pursuing on foot, K9 got one of them.
