I also have the female German Shepherd mix they were calling Smarty Pants, the beagle, Little Bits, and the other foster mom took the elderly 10 year old, long-haired shepherd called Grizzley (whom we found out was originally adopted from the shelter at 4 months old and named Magic) and a small lab mix. Unbelieveable took the Shar-Pei puppy mixes and a beautiful Akita that was just brought it. She also has a mastiff/rott mix who is undergoing heartworm treatment and a Dogo Argentino.kidschihuahuas said:You are a saint and a godsend. I am SOOOOO happy to hear that as it was killing me to leave her there. How are the shar pei pups doing? These 4 little guys here are doing well.. rough day yesterday as you saw them. But all is well now. Who else did you bring home yesterday??

Hope your pups are growing stronger every day.
kidschihuahuas said:So wow, these guys are going to be 6 weeks old this coming Friday. They are too young to attend Saturday's Petco adoption day this weekend, but they are going to be there the following adoption day the St Patty's day weekend. Here are some pictures of them from last weekend. They are getting so big.

Unfortunately, Tri County does not have an foster program in place. That is one of the things that they need implemented.
Unbelievable said:kidschihuahuas said:So I went to Tri County today to look at a possibly preggers golden/lab mix that I am going to foster through pregnancy and with puppies.
Anyway, I wound up bringing home 4 rottie/lab mixes that are about 2 weeks old (eyes and ears closed) where the mother died and some nice person found the puppies and brought them into Tri County.
There was a beautiful mastiff mix female who was due to be euthanized today as there were 25 dogs coming into Tri County today from a bad situation. I'll know more on Monday when I pick up the lab but it broke my heart.]
Lucky Ones came by after you and took the mastiff mix, an akita, an "old" shepard mix, a young shepard and two sharpei pups.
That's wonderful someone got there in time.

I have never been there before and I cried as I watched some man drop off his poodle spaniel mix b/c he didn't want to move the dog with him. There was a 4 month old boxer there, a beautiful blue great dane, a husky and so many other babies. In the quarantine area were so many pit or pit mixes.

Anyway, these little guys will be up for adoption in about 6 weeks. They are all males; 2 solid black and 2 black and tan. Let me know what you think.
