I think the 40 yr old already has issues and the 16 yr old soon will!

WILMINGTON, N.C. -- A 40-year-old high school teacher and cross country coach has resigned and married a 16-year-old student.
A marriage license shows Brenton Wuchae married Windy Hager in Brunswick County, N.C., on Monday. The county board of education approved Wuchae's resignation Tuesday -- a week after he had requested it.

I heard this on the radio the other morning. Apparently the parents "reluctantly" signed letting the daughter marry him. The parents said they were against it..... Idiots!

Yea, that's what I read too. All Dad had to do was stand his ground. 16 is legal though down yonder. County sherriff couldn't even keep his daughter safe from my roomate in college. :whistle:

Clear example of an adult taking avantage of a young girls obvious disfuctional home. Feel sorry for the girls ignorance in this situation and appalled that the parents "Reluctantly" agree to this relashionship. J.S. whats that position all about that a parent would agree to this relationship. Unless your daughter has no Credibility at all of landing a husband (what ever that can be) or is based on some arcane religious philosophy from a 3rd world country then these parents are truely wacked.
But on the up side the guy will have a healthy strong adult to push him around in his wheel chair after his stroke from smoking two packs a day and feed him corn mush since likely what teeth he has now we be gone.

This is my opinion as well.

They had the parents on FoxNews talking about it and they were like, "She begged and badgered us until we reluctantly gave in."

Okay. :eyebrow:

But at the end of the day, nobody is going to die and the girl will get a good lesson on why there is a such a thing as "parents" and what their function in life is. Bet she'll raise her kids a lot differently than she was raised.
