Yeah, I remember that one! And then there was the year when it was so hot and dry that the sparks kept setting off little brush fires all over Bedford Glasc0ck's pea field, and that kept a coupla fire trucks busily rushing round and about.Charles said:

Well being in the middle of the week I think I will get home and stay there. Living where I do I'll get stuck in traffic for the fairgrounds if I go one way. No way I am trying to take my boat out with all them crazy people on the water. SO I figure in my book it will be another day to go home cook dinner then go to bed.unixpirate said:

I believe for the 3rd and 4th I will be on the boat for the fireworks. I think its the best place to see the fireworks, usually we start at the beach(Chesapeake Beach) and work our way around to all the fireworks, with it being in the middle of the week, I think I have to pit stop @ Golden Beach or down in Blackistone to go to work but I think it will be fun

It sounds like the new launching place is gonna be about a mile or so farther down the river and around the end of the island. I suppose most of the higher-flying stuff will probably still be visible from Crash Landing Rd, although I'm not really sure.WishyWashy said:
