We'd know if Larry changes his avatar to a crappy solid-state practice amp like Gorilla instead of the classic Marshall.

...it's NOT a crappy, solid state Gorilla with a Marshall sticker on it, hmm, Becky?

Well?

Play a little "Freewheel Burning" or "March of the SOD" and I'll be the judge.

Unreal. It is estimated that 1,200 WWII veterans die everyday in the United States. Assuming that this trend continues by 2014 all the WWII veterans in this country will have passed away.

Assuming the trend continues?

It is estimated there are approximately 4 million WWII veterans in the United States. Now, 4 million of anything is no small number. But let us also consider that many of these veterans are well past 80 years old. Assuming that this trend continues by 2014 all the WWII veterans in this country will have passed away. To be sure, given our state of the art health care there will be a few veterans who will live well into their 90’s and beyond 100.

The man and lady from this famous photo 60 years ago re-united for another kiss this weekend in Times Square:

Edith Shain, 87, gets a chaste kiss on the cheek from Carl Muscarello, 78. They have been identified as the nurse and sailor whose photograph became a symbol of V-J Day. A statue beside them is a more exuberant recreation of the original embrace.
Old people are gross!

:yay: I love that picture, I have 2 prints of it at home. Actually, I heard that the woman who was kissed never knew who the guy was -- she said everyone was kissing that afternoon!
Want to recreate that picture with me?
