Ok what these nincompoops need to know is, being charged with a crime is not the same as being found guilty of a crime.
Impeaching someone is CHARGING someone - and Trump was acquitted in the Senate.

Well hooray for the SCOTUS Leftists being all constitutional and what not. 
Evidently - the Dems ain't done YET. They've decided to try and pass a law that will allow states to go ahead and do what Colorado - and Maine - and others - wanted to do.
This is insane. What's to keep them from trying this crap the NEXT election - and the one after that - and after that? Finding ANYTHING disqualifying for a political opponent, to keep them off the ballot, and all that is needed is a compliant state supreme court or legislature?
