A baby girl born in Northern India

This child was supposed to be a twin maybe? I have no idea how this could be fixed medically. I don't personally see this as being a personification of God and I don't know that the baby can develop healthy if this is not corrected so I hope they use wisdom and don't set her up as an icon at the expense of her health.

There is a lot arranged marriages between first cousins over there. It keeps the money in the family
