A Biased Reuters Makes It Personal—and Gets Election Fraud Completely Wrong

As for what Reuters gets wrong, let’s start where the reporters start, by repeating the old canard that the presidential advisory panel commissioned to research problems in our voter registration and election systems “disbanded after less than a year without finding evidence of significant fraud.”

Here’s the real story. When President Trump launched his Presidential Advisory Commission for Election Integrity, left-wing advocacy groups immediately filed nearly a dozen lawsuits to keep the commission from operating. They didn’t want anybody even talking about election fraud, much less looking for it or reporting on the problems in our election system.

They also ginned up opposition to the commission among election officials and governors. Many flatly announced they would not cooperate with the Commission at all. They refused access to the basic data needed to research this issue, such as statewide voter registration lists and voter histories—information states routinely provide to candidates and political parties.

The commission was dissolved not because it failed to find anything, but because it never had the chance, due to lack of cooperation from states and the left’s lawfare, which was eating up all the time of the lean staff assigned to the commission.

Other misrepresentations in the Reuters piece were almost comical—such as calling the uber-leftist Brennan Center “non-partisan.” And then there was the reporters’ decision to give Ike Brown a platform.

It does seem kind of weird that the left after nearly four years STILL believes Trump stole the Presidency and cheated to get in -
but election fraud doesn't exist.

They don't actually believe it. They absolutely know better.

It's just another piece of propaganda in their machine.

They also know they'd be caught if anyone ever honestly examined the voting systems and results.

Ah...the joy of waking up in the morning to the blessed ignorance of the Trumpians. When I saw the bot's use of PJ media, I laughed out loud and knew it would only be a few minutes before the cult chimed in to bleat its approval. I always feel so much better about myself after reading posts like the ones above on this site.

So let's just use the most basic comparisons shall we?
Overall, we rate Reuters Least Biased based on objective reporting and Very High for factual reporting due to proper sourcing of information with minimal bias and a clean fact check record.

Overall, we rate Brennan Center Left-Center biased based on political affiliation and story selection, as well as High for factual reporting due to proper sourcing.

Overall, we rate PJ Media to be Questionable based on extreme right-wing bias, promotion of propaganda and conspiracies as well as numerous failed fact checks.

A questionable source exhibits one or more of the following: extreme bias, consistent promotion of propaganda/conspiracies, poor or no sourcing to credible information, a complete lack of transparency and/or is fake news. Fake News is the deliberate attempt to publish hoaxes and/or disinformation for the purpose of profit or influence (Learn More). Sources listed in the Questionable Category may be very untrustworthy and should be fact checked on a per article basis. Please note sources on this list are not considered fake news unless specifically written in the reasoning section for that source. See all Questionable sources.

Oh and btw...the statement that “disbanded after less than a year without finding evidence of significant fraud.” is a straight up factual statement. You all could go look it up. But you wouldn't want to do that now would you?

This is also incorrect. Trump won because of the Electoral College. He lost the majority vote. Intelligent people understand this. They also understand that Trump doesn't represent the "will of the people", that Trump is incompetent and that Trump has not had majority support in this country for single day of his Presidency.

Apparently you need another lesson on how Presidents are elected , The states elect the POTUS always have, most likely always will.

Trump won because the majority of states elected him through the Electoral College. He lost the popular vote, which doesn't really mean anything.

Intelligent people understand this.

They also understand that Trump represents the "will of the American people", that Trump is the most awesome President EVER and that Trump has endured the tyranical onsluaght of Fascist Democrats since the first day of his Presidency.

LONG LIVE THE DONALD!!!!   LONG LIVE THE DONALD!!!!

Media Bias Fact Check

well lets look at WikiPedia [ yeah they suck but still ]

The Columbia Journalism Review describes Media Bias/Fact Check as an amateur attempt at categorizing media bias and Van Zandt as an "armchair media analyst."[3] The Poynter Institute notes, "Media Bias/Fact Check is a widely cited source for news stories and even studies about misinformation, despite the fact that its method is in no way scientific."[5] Alexandra Kitty, in a 2018 book on journalism, described MBFC as an apparent "amateur/civic outfit" and wrote that its founder's only qualification was a degree in communications.[4]

The site has been used by researchers at the University of Michigan to create a tool called the "Iffy Quotient", which draws data from Media Bias/Fact Check and NewsWhip to track the prevalence of "fake news" and questionable sources on social media.[6][7] The site was also used by a research group at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in initial training of an AI to fact check and detect the bias on a website.

Columbia Journalism Review is hardly a right wing source neither is the Poynter Institute

When I saw the bot's use of PJ media,

Ah yes, you cannot refute the facts presented by PJ Media, that Reuters wrote a biased article so you attack the source, with a biased fake fact checker

This is also incorrect. Trump won because of the Electoral College.

and how did Trump Win the Electoral College - apparently you need a refresher in how elections work.

The Electoral College is administered by the Office of the Federal Register, which is part of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Here's how the Electoral College works. In the fall, in each state, each party on the ballot chooses persons to be electors pledged to vote for particular candidates when the electors meet in mid-December. So when you vote for Romney or Obama, you're actually voting for electors pledged for vote for one of them during December meeting of the electors.

On the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, voters go to the polls around the country and cast their ballots for President and Vice President. Although they might check Obama or Romney, they are actually voting for a slate of electors.

After the election, each state sends "Certificates of Ascertainment" to the Office of the Federal Register. The certificates bear the names of the electors pledged to vote for the winner of the popular vote. NARA staff review these to make sure they meet legal requirements. These individuals will cast their state's electoral votes in mid-December.

In mid-December, the electors in each state gather in the state capitol and cast their votes. After casting their votes, they prepare "Certificates of Vote." These certificates, along with the Certificates of Ascertainment, are sent to the Secretary of the Senate, the Office of the Federal Register at the National Archives, and other federal and state officials. The Senate's copies remained sealed, but at the Federal Register, staff inspect them to make sure they have been completed correctly.

The Office of the Federal Register must also track down electoral votes that come in late to ensure that they are in by the time Congress meets to count the votes. On occasion, Federal Register staff have had to ask the state police to track down a governor or crawl through piles of undelivered mail to find some votes gone astray.

On January 6, the votes are officially opened and counted in a joint session of Congress in the House of Representatives with the Vice President presiding. A candidate must receive 270 of the 538 electoral votes to become President or Vice President.

If a candidate for President fails to receive 270 votes, the House itself will choose

He lost the majority vote. Intelligent people understand this.

ah yes the Ad Hominem Attack you are not intelligent

They also understand that Trump doesn't represent the "will of the people",

then how did Trump get to be President

that Trump is incompetent and that Trump has not had majority support in this country for single day of his Presidency.
