A great feeling of Patriotism today....

we were out goofing off in St. Mary's County. Hit the craft show in Mechanicsville. missed the parade at Leonardtown....BUT, stopped off at Mission Barbeque at Noon. Well, it is Veterans day and the placed was packed. Veterans....so promptly at noon, you could have heard an ant fart. A young female sailor, belted out the National Anthem to a standing, saluting, hand on yer heart salutation. AND NOT ONE PEEP OF "OOOOOOOOOOO" like at an Orioles baseball game! She did a tremendous job and the crowd of GREAT AMERICANS loved it.


The food was superb too.

A woman named Laura handed out 1000 handwritten thank you cards to Veterans on Saturday. Kudos to MBBQ serving that many people and to Laura showing thanks to those that served.
