I had them for many years and was quite pleased. The only reason I went back to Verizon was Verizon started the plan with unlimited Long Distance. CCA said they had no plans to offer that but a few months later they did.Nicole_in_somd said:

A tow truck knocked a junction box off the pole that my neighbor and I shared and she called Verizon to fix it and they said it would be next week! I called CCA and spoke to a human being in the United States and it was fixed by Verizon the next morning.
CCA also has good cell plans that they use Verizons airtime.
I believe it was only 2-3 days and it was the same switching back to Verizon.Nicole_in_somd said:How long did it take to get the phone. They told me about a week to get service.
