A lot of #####ing and griping in Italy due to the change in their laws..

They used to be REAL motorcycle friendly, no helmet laws.. etc.. The rules changed within the past twelve months. now everyone on two wheels (including scooters) has to wear helmets, and it's actually taken a bite out of scooter and motorcylce sales.
