If he's two pumps away from completion and she's done and says stop and he "finishes" well that's not rape by any means.

Exactly. I don't see how this can hold water because there is no way to objectively prove when she retracted her consent. Even the two people involved may not be able to offer a perfect recollection, with the emotion of the moment and so forth.

Normally, forensic evidence (fluids, bruises/scratches, etc.) can help reveal if something occurred. In your example, we know something happened, but the court would need to determine when. The distinction between sex that is rape and sex that is not may be only a few seconds.

I THINK: If two consenting ADULTS are engaged in consentual sex and she changes HER mind after penitration has started and requests him to stop, then MORALY he should. BUT LEGUALLY it is not RAPE if he doesn't.

I agree with you 100%. The problem is proving that it was consentual to begin with. It would be his word against hers.
